Add Texture By Layering Cad Cut Films

The layered effect shown below was created by layering two different cad cut products. 

First, use a design in two different sizes, with the one for the bottom layer slightly larger than the one for the top layer.  In our example we used Flock cad cut film for the bottom layer and Glitter cad cut film for the top layer.

Cut out the designs, heat press the bottom layer first, then place the second film carefully over the bottom layer and heat press the second film. 

Additional decorating items can be added such as rhinestones or studs to give the piece more "bling."
